Role Overview
The MIS Manager – Business Development will be responsible for managing data systems, generating insights, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate, real-time reporting. The role involves building dashboards, maintaining data hygiene, and delivering actionable reports that enable performance tracking and informed business interventions across clusters and central teams.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Design, develop, and maintain business MIS reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Collate and manage data from multiple sources including CRM, field teams, and internal tools.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales performance, funnel tracking, and business outcomes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems.
  • Automate recurring reports and build self-serve tools to reduce manual dependency.
  • Work closely with Cluster Heads, PMOs, and BD leadership to provide insights and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Build forecasting and trend analysis reports to support business strategy and revenue planning.
  • Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau.
  • Identify data gaps and suggest improvements in reporting workflows and data capture methods.
  • Support the integration of MIS systems with CRM and project management platforms.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all business data requirements and performance summaries.
  • Assist in building presentations and business review documents for leadership meetings.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in MIS, data reporting, or analytics roles, preferably in sales or business ops functions.
  • Strong command over Advance Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Lead squared) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical mindset, attention to detail, and communication skills.
