Job Description

The MIS Manager at Elevate Me, Inc. is a key role that contributes significantly to the success of the sales organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, processes, insights, and support. This entails focusing on process optimization, CRM and data management, technology enablement, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and drive performance. As the ideal candidate, you should possess both analytical and strategic skills, enabling you to effectively manage systems and lead teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable sales processes and workflows. - Monitoring and managing end-to-end sales procedures to enhance operational efficiency. - Identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions to boost productivity. - Establishing and enforcing data quality standards, conducting regular data hygiene audits, and providing feedback and training to ensure reliable and compliant data. - Overseeing CRM administration to maintain data accuracy and integrity. - Analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities. - Leading the implementation of a new CRM platform from end to end, ensuring a successful roll-out within budget and schedule. - Managing the sales technology stack to ensure optimal performance aligned with business needs. - Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align goals and initiatives. - Serving as a liaison between sales representatives and other departments, providing operational support and removing obstacles. - Leading and developing a team of sales operations analysts or specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback. - Building and managing accurate sales forecasting models and dashboards, tracking performance against targets, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. - Supporting annual planning efforts related to sales hierarchy, data governance, and organizational alignment. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. - 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or related fields. - Proficiency in CRM platforms, reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI), and sales enablement technologies. - Proven experience managing or supporting sales operations for a sales team of 30 or more quota-carrying representatives. - Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and team leadership.,
