Role: Healthcare Recruiter / Sr Healthcare Recruiter Experience: 6 months - 3 Years Location: Onsite – Vadodara Office (8th Floor, Ivory Terrace, RC Dutt Rd, Alkapuri, Vadodara, Gujarat 390007) Shift Timings: 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals across various clinical and non-clinical roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process that meets organizational goals and compliance standards. Roles And Responsibilities: Analyze and understand client requirements in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical domain to deliver highly qualified consultants for contract and permanent positions. Proactively source, identify, and screen potential healthcare professionals using various platforms, including job boards, internal databases, and referrals. Prioritize open requisitions based on urgency and ensure timely and quality submissions to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants across designated US regions to ensure consistent talent availability. Conduct candidate interviews and provide detailed guidance on client expectations, interview processes, and job specifics. Negotiate compensation packages, extend offers, coordinate onboarding, and gather referrals to expand the talent pipeline. Submit vetted candidates for active job openings while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency. Achieve and exceed weekly performance targets and recruitment metrics. Effectively utilize internal CRM/ATS tools to document all stages of the recruitment lifecycle and ensure data accuracy. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (preferred). 6 Months –3 years of experience in US Healthcare staffing or recruitment (hospital, clinical, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred). Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, terminologies, and compliance standards. Familiarity with various sourcing tools and job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.). Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients. Strong negotiation and closing skills, particularly in discussing compensation and contract terms. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
