Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Business, Marketing, Ops, and Sales) to drive product initiatives from concept to execution.
Act as a central point of coordination across teams to ensure smooth product delivery and communication.
Gather, analyze, and deliver pre-cast insights to guide strategic product decisions and prioritization.
Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Own and maintain the product backlog; work with engineering to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct market, user, and competitive research to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses.
Monitor key product metrics and flag deviations proactively for action.
Create product documentation, dashboards, and reports to communicate roadmap and progress.
Identify process gaps and continuously improve workflows to enhance product development velocity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
2+ years of experience in Product Management or similar roles.
Proven ability to work across multiple teams and manage stakeholders with clarity and accountability.
Strong analytical skills with a knack for drawing insights from data (Excel, SQL, or analytics tools).
Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Self-starter with a bias for action and a strong sense of ownership.
Understanding of agile product development methodologies is a plus.
