Role Overview Lead business critical daily/weekly/monthly MIS managing a team of junior analysts, operating and maintaining reports over Excel, Google Sheets, and basic SQL is advantageous in long run. Department: Data team Reports To: Head – Business Intelligence Team Handling: 3-5 executives Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) Salary: 10 - 12 LPA (fixed) Key Responsibilities • Own daily MIS publishing across CxO, clinics, call centers, marketing, finance, retention, and ops. • Supervise and guide 3-5 junior analysts to ensure data sanity, formatting, and timeliness. • Consolidate data from CRM, POS, Dialer, EHR, Ad platforms into ready-to-use MIS sheets. • Maintain master trackers, critical KPIs — Sales, LTV, Repeat Rates, Customer Cohorts, Collections, Leads etc. • Conduct QA on data — regular audits to catch errors before stakeholders do. • Develop standard templates for daily, weekly, monthly reviews (auto-refresh models wherever possible). • Basic analysis to flag major deviations or anomalies in key metrics to management. • Support ad-hoc report generation requests from CXOs or functional leaders Why Join Gynoveda?
