Role Overview We’re looking for a Manager – MIS & Reporting to join our Business Intelligence Team at Gynoveda. This role will serve as the backbone of our data operations, owning reporting, analytics, process automation, and business insights. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making at scale and ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that powers business growth. Role Context Location: Malad (Mindspace), MumbaiWork Type: Full-time | In-office | 5 days a weekReporting To: Lead – BI & Data AutomationTeam Size: 5 MembersCompensation: Up to ₹20 LPAIndustry: Health & Wellness Key Responsibilities Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and deliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reportsAnalyze data across business channels and deliver actionable insightsData Automation & Process ImprovementAutomate reports to reduce manual work and boost efficiencyIdentify and implement automation for recurring processesBusiness Intelligence & Decision SupportCreate and manage dashboards using BI tools to support real-time business decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and process dataCross-Department CollaborationEnsure smooth data flow across departments (Finance, Ops, Leadership)Act as a key partner in enabling data-backed strategic initiativesLeadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor a team of 5 MIS analystsBuild a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvementInvestor & Fundraising SupportMaintain and manage the Investor Data Room during fundraisingEnsure reporting complies with internal standards and governance policies What We’re Looking For QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Business Analytics, or related fieldsExperience5+ years in MIS, reporting, data analytics, preferably in fast-paced startups or high-growth environmentsTechnical SkillsExcel & Google Sheets: Advanced functions, macros, pivot tablesSQL: Strong hands-on experience in data extraction and transformationBI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data StudioAutomation: Experience with scripting tools or process automation is a plusAnalytical & Leadership SkillsAbility to interpret large data sets and derive insightsPrior experience managing a team of analystsStrong communication skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholdersMeticulous attention to detail under tight timelines Why Join Gynoveda?
