Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and highly creative Lead Designer to shape and enhance Gynoveda’s brand presence across print, digital, and physical spaces. This role requires expertise in MARCOM (Marketing Communications), digital ad creatives, packaging, signage design, and brand strategy. You will drive high-quality, conversion-focused designs that reinforce brand identity and increase online engagement & sales. Job Title: Lead Design—Print & Digital Role Type: Individual Contributor Industry Type: Retail Health Base Location: Malad (Mindspace), Mumbai Position Type: Full-time, in-office, 5 days a week Reports to: Art Director Budget: up to 17 LPA Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Brand & MARCOM Leadership Develop and implement design strategies to enhance the company’s visual presence across print, digital, and physical platforms. Define and communicate design concepts, themes, and visual storytelling for various projects. Ensure consistency and cohesion across all design outputs, maintaining a strong brand identity. Identify high-converting advertising formats for promotional campaigns to drive online sales and engagement. 2. Digital & Paid Ad Creatives Design high-impact images, carousels, and thumbnails for paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Create conversion-optimized Amazon A+ content pages, website product pages, and landing pages. Ensure marketing-oriented visual communication that drives clicks, engagement, and conversions. Design responsive assets optimized for mobile screens. 3. Print & Signage Design Design clinic facades, storefront visuals, and in-store branding that enhance customer engagement. Create brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and other print materials aligned with Gynoveda’s brand identity. Develop mockups & 3D visualizations for signage, point-of-sale displays, and promotional materials. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with marketing, content, and product development teams to create compelling design solutions. Work closely with copywriters & strategists to ensure that visuals align with marketing objectives. Partner with external vendors, printing teams, and digital agencies to maintain high-quality outputs. 5. Quality Control & Brand Consistency Ensure error-free, high-quality design outputs across all platforms. Conduct pre-production checks on print files for colour accuracy and resolution. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure uniformity across all marketing materials. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Experience: 3 + years of proven experience in graphic design, particularly in MARCOM (Marketing Communications). Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Industry Background: Prior experience in retail, healthcare, wellness, beauty, or D2C brands. Advertising Expertise: Experience in designing ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Amazon A+ content. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute design strategies that drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. Mobile-First Design: Expertise in responsive design optimized for mobile screens and digital platforms. Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Retail, F&B, Beauty & Personal Care, or Healthcare Clinic industry design. Knowledge of architectural visualization and working with interior designers. Familiarity with brand strategy, ad formats, and performance-driven creative design. Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or a Master's/Postgraduate degree in Design preferred. Why Join Gynoveda?
