What You’ll Do

Brand Conceptualization & Design

• Lead the creation of innovative, strategy-driven design concepts for diverse brands.

• Design high-quality visuals for digital and print: logos, brand identity systems, marketing collaterals, social content, and more.

• Elevate every project with design thinking that’s modern, intentional, and memorable.

Brand Consistency & Systems

• Maintain cohesive visual identities across all touchpoints.

• Build and refine brand guidelines that ensure consistency and recognition.

Client Collaboration

• Work directly with clients and our account team to understand goals, preferences, and brand stories.

• Present concepts confidently and refine them based on feedback while defending strong ideas with clarity.

Creative Leadership

• Guide junior designers when necessary, inspiring high standards in creativity and craft.

• Bring fresh ideas rooted in current design trends, technology, and brand storytelling.

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.

• Collaborate closely with writers, strategists, and developers to deliver integrated creative solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Education

• 5+ years of proven industry experience (branding/agency experience preferred).

• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Understanding of web design principles & asset preparation.

• Ability to deliver production-ready files with precision.

Creative Strengths

• Strong conceptual thinking and a portfolio that showcases branding work, identity systems, and multidisciplinary design.

• Ability to translate brand strategy into powerful, cohesive visuals.

Communication & Collaboration

• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to clients and internal teams.
