Management Information Systems Manager

As an MIS Manager, your role will involve leading the information systems of the organization, ensuring seamless digital operations, and driving technology enhancements. You are expected to have a solid understanding of system configuration and hands-on experience with Zoho applications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain reliable MIS systems and infrastructure. - Manage system architecture, security, backups, and disaster-recovery processes. - Administer and customize Zoho CRM, Books, People, Projects, and related modules. - Build automated workflows, business processes, reports, and dashboards on Zoho. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all platforms. - Create performance dashboards and automated reporting tools. - Lead IT support functions and collaborate with cross-department teams. - Establish IT policies, standards, and technology planning frameworks.
