Job Description

As an MIS Manager, your role will involve leading the information systems of the organization, ensuring seamless digital operations, and driving technology enhancements. You are expected to have a solid understanding of system configuration and hands-on experience with Zoho applications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain reliable MIS systems and infrastructure. - Manage system architecture, security, backups, and disaster-recovery processes. - Administer and customize Zoho CRM, Books, People, Projects, and related modules. - Build automated workflows, business processes, reports, and dashboards on Zoho. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all platforms. - Create performance dashboards and automated reporting tools. - Lead IT support functions and collaborate with cross-department teams. - Establish IT policies, standards, and technology planning frameworks. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science. - Minimum of 5 years of MIS management experience. - At least 2 years of expertise in the Zoho platform. - Strong analytical, configuration, and leadership capabilities.,
