The MIS Executive will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving the company’s leasing‑related data, reports, and dashboards. This role will track the full lifecycle from enquiry to rent collection, ensuring management has accurate, timely information for decision‑making.
Design and maintain master databases / trackers for properties, owners, leads, brokers, tenants, site visits, proposals, deals, and collections.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on leads, conversions, occupancy / vacancy, revenue, and outstanding dues.
Build and update dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets (and later BI tools if needed) to show key KPIs and trends.
Consolidate data from multiple sources (calls, WhatsApp, email, CRM, spreadsheets) into a single, clean system.
Track the leasing pipeline: enquiry, site visit, proposal, negotiation, closure, move‑in, renewal, and exit.
Monitor rent collections, security deposits, and payment delays; generate ageing and exception reports.
Coordinate with the business owner and sales / brokerage team to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Identify data gaps and process issues, and suggest improvements to simplify tracking and reporting.
Maintain proper documentation, field definitions, and simple SOPs so the team clearly understands how to use the MIS.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and regular backups of all key MIS files and databases.
2 to 4 years o f experience in an MIS / Data Analyst / Reporting role, preferably in real estate, property management, construction, or sales operations.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, filters, charts; basic macros or scripts are a plus).
Experience creating regular MIS reports and dashboards for management.
Comfort working with large datasets, cleaning data, and reconciling discrepancies.
Basic understanding of databases and SQL or willingness to learn quickly.
Good understanding of sales / leasing funnels and basic financial concepts like rent, deposits, brokerage, and receivables.
Clear communication skills and ability to work with non‑technical team members.
High attention to detail, strong ownership, and habit of double‑checking numbers before sharing.
Experience with basic BI / reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
Experience documenting processes and creating simple user guides or SOPs for internal tools.
Prior experience in a real estate brokerage, property management firm, developer, or similar environment.
Exposure to any CRM or sales tracking tools (real estate CRM, generic CRM, or in‑house tools).
