Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Assistant, located in Chennai. The Customer Relationship Assistant will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service,. The role includes daily tasks such as handling tenant inquiries, communicating with warehouse owners , and facilitating day to day leasing operations.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in real estate or industrial sectors is a plus

Prior Knowledge of CRM platform is a plus 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
