Job Description

Job Title: MIS Executive – Retail Franchise Location: Agra Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and report critical operational and sales data for our retail franchise network. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, create actionable insights, and support decision-making processes to drive business performance across franchises. Key Responsibilities Collect, consolidate, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales, inventory, and operational reports from franchise stores Develop and maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and key business metric reports. Analyze sales trends, stock movement, and operational performance to identify gaps and suggest improvements Support the franchise management team with ad hoc reporting and data needs Coordinate with franchise partners to ensure timely and accurate data submissions Implement data validation processes to ensure reporting integrity Assist in automating reporting processes using Excel macros, Power BI, or similar tools Prepare presentations for management meetings and business reviews Collaborate with IT teams for system enhancements and troubleshooting data-related issues. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business data. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in an MIS or data analyst role, preferably within the retail or franchise sector Strong knowledge of MS Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred). Familiarity with ERP and POS systems used in retail (e.g., SAP, Oracle Retail, Tally, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Key Skills: MIS Reporting Data Analysis Excel (Advanced: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.) Power BI / Tableau Retail Operations Understanding Communication & Coordination Skills Problem-Solving Mindset Preferred: Experience with retail franchise models. Working knowledge of SQL for database queries. Basic understanding of CRM systems.
