Visual Merchandiser

Were looking for a dynamic and creative Visual Merchandiser to lead the implementation of visual merchandising (VM) modules across our retail stores in Uttar Pradesh. This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel to stores to ensure brand-aligned, high-impact displays that drive walk-ins and sales. Key Responsibilities:

Implement company VM guidelines, seasonal themes, and campaign rollouts across all stores

Conduct regular store visits to audit VM execution and provide in-person training or corrections

Collaborate with store teams to optimize space utilization, product presentation, and display flow

Coordinate with the buying and marketing teams for VM planning and execution

Track performance of visual displays and analyze sales impact (pre-post VM changes)

Maintain a visual database of store displays and ensure timely reporting to HO

Prepare presentations, layouts, and planograms using PowerPoint and Excel

Share insights and improvements based on footfall and sales reports Requirements:

25 years of experience in visual merchandising (fashion retail preferred)

Willingness to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh

Strong eye for design, color, and presentation

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (planograms, VM reports, presentation decks)

Analytical mindset to correlate VM changes with store performance

Excellent communication, training, and coordination skills Why Join Us?
