Visual Merchandiser

As a Visual Merchandiser at Blue Tyga Fashions Pvt. Heres what you can expect in this role: Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies for the store and displays. - Develop eye-catching window displays, signage, and in-store layouts to attract customers and showcase products effectively. - Collaborate with retail, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure displays are aligned with promotions and campaigns. - Regularly monitor and update visual displays based on trends, sales performance, and seasonal changes. - Train store staff on maintaining visual standards and brand presentation guidelines. - Offer feedback and insights on product placement, presentation, and customer engagement. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising in retail or fashion, preferably in apparel. - Proficiency in design principles, color theory, lighting, and layout techniques. - Creativity with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt displays quickly. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
