Job Title: MIS Executive – Sales Operations Location: Bangalore Experience: 2-4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a highly analytical MIS Executive – Sales Operations with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL. The role involves managing end-to-end sales MIS reporting, building dashboards, automating reports, and delivering actionable insights to support business and leadership decision-making across multiple sales channels. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly Sales MIS reports Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for sales performance and productivity Perform advanced data analysis using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/macros) Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple databases Track and analyze sales KPIs such as revenue, targets vs achievement, pipeline, productivity, and growth trends Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all reports Automate recurring reports and improve MIS efficiency and turnaround time Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to understand reporting requirements Present insights, trends, and performance summaries to management Required Skills & Qualifications Expert-level proficiency in Advanced MS Excel Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, performance optimization) Advanced working knowledge of SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, functions, query optimization) Strong understanding of Sales Operations and MIS reporting Ability to handle large datasets and convert data into meaningful insights Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, IT, or related field Experience working with CRM / ERP / Sales databases Exposure to report automation and process improvement Knowledge of VBA, Python, or other automation tools is a plus Key Competencies Data-driven decision support Attention to detail and accuracy Stakeholder coordination Time management and ownership
