Job Description

1. Data Management & Analysis:

Collect, manage, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.

2. Report Generation & Dashboard Management:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Develop and automate reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
Create dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.

3. System Administration & Support:

Manage and maintain the organization's MIS and ERP systems.
Troubleshoot software and system-related issues.
Ensure proper data backup and security measures.

4. Coordination & Communication:

Work closely with different departments to understand their reporting needs.
Provide training and support to employees on MIS tools and software.
Assist in improving business processes through data-driven insights.

5. Compliance & Documentation:

Maintain documentation of processes, reports, and system configurations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to data management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
