Job Title: MIS Executive – BPO Operations

Job Summary

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting operational data for BPO processes. The role requires strong expertise in SQL, Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, and MIS reporting to support management decision-making, track performance metrics, and ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to BPO operations
• Extract, analyze, and validate large datasets using SQL queries
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel
• Create complex Pivot Tables, charts, and automated reports
• Monitor key BPO KPIs such as:
• Productivity
• SLA adherence
• AHT, TAT, FCR
• Attendance and shrinkage
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports
• Coordinate with Operations, QA, and Workforce teams for data validation
• Identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas through data analysis
• Maintain data repositories and documentation
• Support audits and management presentations with data insights

Required Skills & Competencies

• SQL (Mandatory): Data extraction, joins, subqueries
• Advanced Excel:
• VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
• IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF
• Data validation & conditional formatting
• Strong understanding of BPO metrics and processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with large datasets and tight deadlines

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or equivalent preferred)
• Certification in MIS / Advanced Excel / SQL is an added advantage

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MIS Executive in BPO operations
• Experience in Healthcare BPO or Customer Support processes preferred
