Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager Job Type: Full-time Experience: 4-10 years Job Summary: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is highly skilled in running and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads . The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of paid marketing strategies, audience targeting, ad creatives, and conversion tracking to drive measurable growth and ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max, etc.) campaigns. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve campaign performance. Perform keyword research and audience segmentation to maximize ad relevance and ROI. Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights, focusing on CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and LTV . Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure the best cost per acquisition and return on ad spend. Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and other tracking tools . Implement and monitor conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Pixel, GA4, etc.) to measure ad effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest ad platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes to improve performance. Collaborate with designers and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and copy. Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders on a Weekly and Monthly Basis Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads Certification & Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred but not mandatory). Experience in eCommerce, D2C brands, or startups is a plus. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) or video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut) for ad creatives .(preferred but not mandatory).
