Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MIS Executive based in Jaipur. The MIS Executive will be responsible for generating accurate and timely Management Information System (MIS) reports, analyzing data to support decision-making, and maintaining information systems. Day-to-day tasks include managing data flow, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating with relevant departments to provide actionable insights and updates. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to address reporting needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency in

  MS Office

  :

• Excel:

  Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Conditional Formatting, Dashboards, Macros (added advantage).

• PowerPoint:

  Professional presentations and data visualization.

• Outlook & Word:

  Documentation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of data management and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or related industry is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
