Aertrip is a fast-growing travel technology company focused on simplifying and enhancing the travel experience through innovative digital solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support the operations team with accurate reporting and data insights.

Role Overview

The MIS Executive will handle data management, reporting, and analysis. Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets is required. Candidates with Data Analyst or Power BI course certifications will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Prepare dashboards, performance summaries, and trend analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Automate reporting tasks using advanced Excel & Google Sheets features.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate data.
• Provide timely insights and analytical support to management.
• Enhance reporting formats and optimize data workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Data Cleaning).
• Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets (QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, Data Validation).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large datasets efficiently.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce, IT, or related preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS or reporting roles.
• Completed a Data Analyst or Power BI course (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI dashboards, or BI tools (added advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
