The GEM Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal. This includes Documentation, liaisoning, vendor registration, product/service listing, bid participation, order processing, and ensuring compliance with government procurement policies Job Description: · Manage vendor registration and profile maintenance on the GEM portal. · Upload and maintain accurate product and service listings with proper specifications and pricing. · Monitor and participate in live bids, tenders, and reverse auctions. · Track purchase orders, dispatches, and delivery schedules through the GEM portal. · Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met (e.g., GST, PAN, EMD, performance securities). · Keep up-to-date with GEM policies, circulars, and portal updates. · Maintain records of transactions, tenders, and communications for audit purposes. · Train internal teams or vendors on GEM portal usage when necessary. Requirements: · Experience: 2–3 years of experience handling GEM portal operations · Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations. · Strong knowledge of government procurement processes · Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Internet browsing, and e-Tendering platforms · Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills · Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 7099077859
