Interior work supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate interior trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and finishing.

• Lead and direct site staff, subcontractors, and labourers.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.

• Coordinate material deliveries, storage, and inventory management.

• Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.

• Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.

• Track and report labour hours, productivity, and costs.

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and report to management.

• Work with interior design team to develop design solutions

• Ability to study site to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development

• Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion

• Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget

• Understanding of various types of materials used for interior work

Qualification Required.

• 2-3 years’ relevant interior works execution experience

• In-depth knowledge of various type of materials used for finishing, false ceiling, wall panelling, flooring and other furniture systems and finishes

• Demonstrate understanding of basic principles of space planning

• Able to develop and present design concepts

• AutoCAD proficiency is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
