Supervise and coordinate interior trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and finishing. Lead and direct site staff, subcontractors, and labourers. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety. Coordinate material deliveries, storage, and inventory management. Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients. Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation. Track and report labour hours, productivity, and costs. Investigate incidents, near misses, and report to management. Work with interior design team to develop design solutions Ability to study site to support design team on technical issues influencing concept development Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion Select furniture, materials, decor and finishes while keeping within budget Understanding of various types of materials used for interior work Qualification Required. 2-3 years’ relevant interior works execution experience In-depth knowledge of various type of materials used for finishing, false ceiling, wall panelling, flooring and other furniture systems and finishes Demonstrate understanding of basic principles of space planning Able to develop and present design concepts AutoCAD proficiency is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Provident Fund Work Location: In person
