Job Title: Digital Ads Executive – Google & Meta (Travel Industry) Location: Ghitorni,Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2+ years in Paid Ads (with prior experience in a Travel Agency) Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Ads Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google and Meta Ads , specifically within the travel and tourism industry . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing tailored to travel products and services, including campaign setup, lead generation, and ROI optimization across search and social platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) for promoting travel packages, destinations, and services. Create and manage lead generation campaigns tailored to B2C and B2B travel audiences. Analyze travel-related keyword trends and seasonal demand to inform ad strategies. Set up and monitor conversion tracking , custom events, and remarketing campaigns using Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and ROAS, adjusting bids, creatives, and targeting as needed. Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-converting travel ad creatives and landing pages. Generate detailed performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations. Stay updated on changes in platform algorithms and ad policies specific to travel-related advertising. Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring the best possible return on investment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads , with prior work experience in a travel agency . Strong understanding of online travel booking funnels, seasonal travel trends, and destination marketing. Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager , and related tools. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications. Familiarity with CRM tools used in travel (e.g., Travelport, Amadeus, Zoho CRM, etc.). Experience with landing page builders or CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow. Understanding of the online behavior of travel consumers and seasonal booking patterns. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
