This on-site opportunity seeks a dedicated MIS Executive to strengthen our management information systems and support strategic decision-making.Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and manage comprehensive MIS reports to track business performance and support decision-making.
Collect, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely insights.
Maintain and update data dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and implement process improvements.
Prepare regular financial, operational, and performance analysis reports for management reviews.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate data insights and trend analysis.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in MIS reporting and data analysis with a strong command of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
Excellent analytical capabilities with an ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Basic knowledge of SQL or other data management tools.
