Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MICE Sales Manager with 6-10 years of experience to join our team at The Leela Ambience in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and hospitality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality or event industry.
Strong knowledge of the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
