MICE Sales Manager – Delhi

We’re looking for a passionate and result-driven MICE Sales Manager to lead corporate relationships and generate new business in Delhi.

What You’ll Do

• Drive MICE Sales: Source, manage, and grow Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions business.
• Build Relationships: Leverage existing corporate networks and develop new client partnerships.
• Achieve Targets: Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams for seamless event execution.
• Stay Ahead: Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Negotiate & Close: Prepare proposals, pitch to clients, and finalize high-value deals.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure top-tier client service and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 3–4 years of proven success in MICE sales.
• Network: Strong corporate connections and market understanding.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation.
• Mindset: Strategic thinker with high energy and goal orientation.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
