We are looking for an experienced and highly driven MICE Sales Manager with an existing client base in Kolkata. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) and a strong network of corporate clients to generate immediate business.
Key Responsibilities
Drive MICE sales by leveraging an existing Kolkata-based client network.
Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, and travel partners.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the MICE segment.
Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and event solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, events, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities.
Track sales performance, pipeline progress, and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MICE sales.
Mandatory: Existing Kolkata corporate client base with proven business conversions.
Strong knowledge of MICE operations, event flow, pricing, and vendor management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with a result-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Skills
Strong understanding of Kolkata corporate/event market trends.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Creative problem-solving and client servicing mindset.
Willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
