Role Overview: As a MICE Sales Manager at our Travel Management Company in Mumbai, you will be responsible for generating leads, securing new business opportunities, and managing relationships with clients. Your role will involve planning, organizing, and executing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with internal teams, prepare proposals, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: - Identify leads, generate business opportunities, and achieve sales targets - Plan and organize MICE events, including logistics and coordination - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and negotiate successfully - Manage time efficiently to handle multiple projects and solve challenges promptly - Utilize CRM software for efficient customer relationship management Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Proven experience in MICE sales, travel, or related industries advantageous - Minimum of 10 years of experience in MICE Corporate Sales Please note that interested candidates can share their resumes at talent@jobsfortravel.com.,
