Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MICE Sales Manager with 6-10 years of experience to join our team at The Leela Ambience in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and hospitality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality or event industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools.
