Media Buyer Job Summary: We're looking for a sharp, 3β5 Years experienced, and strategic Media Buying Executive to lead performance campaigns across Meta and Google. This is not just a setup-and-press-play roleβweβre looking for someone who lives inside ad accounts, loves strategy, and thrives on scaling brands profitably. What Youβll Do Strategy & Planning β Build full-funnel paid media strategies tailored to the brand's objectives β Interpret business goals and translate them into actionable media buying frameworks β Conduct competitor & industry research to identify scalable opportunities Execution & Optimization β Set up, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads β Manage budgets exceeding $30K/month per account, optimizing daily for ROAS, CAC, and CPL β Own campaign performance end-to-end, from launch to live optimizations and scaling Analytics, Auditing & CRO β Audit ad accounts and campaigns using GA4, platform dashboards, and 3rd-party tools β Provide conversion-focused recommendations using insights from audience behavior, funnel analysis, and CRO best practices β Collaborate with the dev and design teams to improve landing pages and on-site UX Team Collaboration β Work cross-functionally with Creative, Copy, and Web teams to ensure all campaign components align β Suggest data-backed creative formats, messaging angles, and content direction that convert β Communicate clearly and proactively in performance reviews, internal huddles, and (if required) client meetings What Weβre Looking For β 3β5 years experience in performance marketing (agency or brand side) β Proven success managing 5 to 7 clients per month and managing at least $30K+ monthly budgets per client β Deep technical expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Meta Ads (CBO, ABO, retargeting, lookalikes, etc.) β Comfortable with full ad account audits and scaling strategies β Strong grasp of analytics, attribution, and CRO principles β Highly collaborative, self-sufficient, and solutions-oriented β Fluent in English with strong communication skills (written + verbal) β Experience in international markets (US, UK, AUS, EU) Preferred Tools & Certifications β Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certified (Preferred) β Familiar with Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Meta Pixel Setup, Google Sheets, Heatmaps, Click up, etc. β Experience using Slack or similar for cross-functional collaboration Why Work With Us? β Access to high-ticket global brands β Performance-first culture with room to own your strategy β Fast-paced team β Be part of a company thatβs scaling fast and wants you to grow with it Show more Show less
