Inside Sales Executive We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, youll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them maximize the value of our product or service, resolving their queries, and ensuring a smooth customer onboarding experience throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and help them achieve their goals with our services. Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding, transition and setup experience. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to provide feedback, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution. Monitor customer health scores, usage patterns, and proactively engage to drive retention and satisfaction. Support renewals and upselling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team. Create and maintain helpful resources such as FAQs, how-to guides, and best practices documentation. Advocate for the customer internally, and contribute to improving overall customer onboarding experience and processes. Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. 12 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Inside Sales, Support, Chat process, etc.) International Customer service experience will be preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude. Should be good with Google sheets and Google workspace Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and customer success platforms (e.g. Gainsight, Zendesk). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Preferred Qualifications Should be a Graduate in any field. Familiarity with support tools, dashboards, and analytics. A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for helping customers succeed.
