Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Master Chef to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 10-18 years of experience in the culinary field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement innovative menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Lead kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen environment.
Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Conduct regular menu costing and inventory management to optimize resources.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Master Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during peak hours.
Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations is required.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is necessary.
