Master Chef

You are a highly skilled and passionate Master Chef who will be leading the kitchen team at Zoet Dessert, a premium bakery and cake shop known for its artisanal desserts, cakes, and baked goods. Your role will involve overseeing the entire dessert production process, designing new recipes, ensuring consistent quality, and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen staff. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the production of cakes, pastries, breads, and specialty sweets. - Design and develop new dessert recipes aligned with the brand's identity and customer preferences. - Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all products. - Supervise, train, and mentor junior chefs, bakers, and kitchen staff. - Manage inventory, procure ingredients, and control costs. - Implement and enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (FSSAI compliance). - Coordinate with management to plan seasonal menus, custom orders, and special event offerings. - Efficiently manage kitchen schedules, workflow, and daily operations. - Stay updated with global dessert trends and introduce innovative techniques and flavors. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience as a Master Chef/Head Pastry Chef in a bakery, patisserie, or dessert caf. - Strong knowledge of international desserts, pastries, and baking techniques. - Creativity in recipe development, flavor combinations, and visual presentation. - Leadership and team management skills with a passion for mentoring. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet deadlines. - Formal culinary education (specialization in Baking & Pastry Arts preferred).,
