Position Overview

Marketing Support

What You'll Do

• Segment and manage prospect and client lists for targeted, personalized marketing campaigns
• Design and execute concurrent email marketing campaigns to prospects and students with a focus on conversion optimization
• Update and expand the company website with new landing pages and in-depth content optimized for lead capture
• Integrate email campaigns with website pages to create seamless lead generation funnels
• Collaborate with SMS management to identify and implement additional marketing channels and acquire new prospect lists
• Track and analyze campaign performance using CRM and marketing automation tools, delivering actionable insights
• Support cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to ensure brand consistency and alignment
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or marketing operations (B2B/SaaS experience preferred)
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid) and CRM systems
• Working knowledge of website CMS (WordPress, Webflow), Google Analytics, and SEO principles
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent campaigns
• Creative problem-solver and self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus
