Marketing Support Specialist

Role Overview: You will be joining Relay Human Cloud as a Marketing Support Specialist to play a crucial role in driving the marketing engine through strategic campaign execution, prospect engagement, and digital lead generation. Your responsibilities will focus on segmenting and managing prospect and client lists, designing and executing email marketing campaigns, updating the company website, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Segment and manage prospect and client lists for targeted, personalized marketing campaigns - Design and execute concurrent email marketing campaigns with a focus on conversion optimization - Update and expand the company website with new landing pages and content optimized for lead capture - Integrate email campaigns with website pages to create seamless lead generation funnels - Collaborate with SMS management to identify additional marketing channels and acquire new prospect lists - Track and analyze campaign performance using CRM and marketing automation tools, providing actionable insights - Support cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or marketing operations (B2B/SaaS experience preferred) - Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid) and CRM systems - Working knowledge of website CMS (WordPress, Webflow), Google Analytics, and SEO principles - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail - Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent campaigns - Creative problem-solver and self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments - Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus Join Relay Human Cloud for opportunities to work with global clients, a dynamic and collaborative work environment, excellent work-life balance with a 5-day workweek, comprehensive health & accident insurance, generous paid time off and holidays, complimentary lunches & dinners, recognition and rewards programs, employee development programs, vibrant cultural events, and an excellent Employee Referral Program.,
