Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing campaigns Execute region-specific promotional activities and brand initiatives Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/partners Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and competitor strategies Monitor, track, and report campaign performance and ROI Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing Preferred industry background: Retail, Apparel, Hosiery, FMCG Strong knowledge of ATL & BTL marketing channels Excellent communication and coordination skills Must be based in Kerala or willing to relocate Locatioin: Bangalore / Mysore / Coimbatore / Kerala / Mangalore
