Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive Annual Operating Plan (AOP) aligned with business objectives for marketing and allied functions.
  • Develop and drive corporate marketing strategies to elevate brand presence and customer engagement across all platforms.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for marketing initiatives at a corporate level.

Brand & Communications Management:

  • Oversee brand communication, including advertising, public relations (PR), and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ensure brand messaging is strong, consistent, and resonates across all marketing channels, including ATL, BTL, and digital.
  • Drive the execution of impactful brand and product campaigns, positioning the brand as a market leader in the co-working and commercial real estate space.

Digital & Performance Marketing:

  • Lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics efforts to drive leads and conversions.
  • Build and lead teams focused on growth marketing, partnerships, and product-led initiatives.
  • Drive rapid experimentation, A/B testing, and micro-optimization strategies to maximize ROI.

MarTech & Data-Driven Marketing:

  • Develop the MarTech stack, including CRM, data platforms, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Build internal capabilities to design and execute campaigns using data-driven insights and automation.
  • Champion the use of marketing analytics to evaluate market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead execution of all ATL/BTL promotions, social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital advertising initiatives.
  • Identify and manage marketing vendors, agencies, and event organizers to ensure timely and quality execution.

Budgeting & ROI:

  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal utilization and monitoring of spend.
  • Analyze ROI on all marketing initiatives and report actionable insights to senior leadership.

Media & Stakeholder Management:

  • Develop and execute a robust media relations strategy to secure high-value placements across media platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and industry partners to drive marketing synergies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a related field from a reputed institute.
  • 10 - 12 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the real estate, co-working, or commercial property sector.
  • Strong exposure to digital transformation, growth marketing, MarTech platforms, and team building.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic brand management, media planning, and campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience in managing budgets, analytics tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
