Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through effective lead generation, prospecting, and strong relationship-building with potential customers.
Identify target markets and implement strategies to successfully penetrate and convert them.
Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing and Operations to support sales growth and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring tasks are prioritized and executed efficiently.
Plan, execute, and manage BTL marketing activities including society events, gym activations, mall events, and other on-ground promotional campaigns.
Drive both B2C and B2B lead generation through various activities and ensure successful lead conversion.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in sales within a relevant industry.
Mandatory experience in B2C Sales.
23 years of experience in the dairy industry sales division is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong pitching, negotiation, and customer engagement abilities.
