Core HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
Sourcing Expertise:
Utilize various job portals, including
Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
, along with other platforms to source and screen candidates for a wide array of roles.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
Talent Pipeline:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
Recruitment Metrics:
Track and analyze key recruitment data to optimize processes.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:
Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong preference for candidates from the
FMCG industry

Job Portal Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of and experience with major job portals like
Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
