Job Description

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, App tickets. - Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. - Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues. - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. - Provide information about products and services to customers. - Follow up on customer interactions to ensure all issues are resolved. - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Desired profile of the candidate Candidate from BPO Sector. Candidate must have worked on customer care role who Handled domestic and international calls. Candidate must able to respond to query of customers. Should have worked on MS Excel and Google sheet.
