Job Summary

The Service & Feedback Caller is responsible for contacting customers post-service or post-purchase to ensure they had a satisfactory experience. This role focuses on gathering feedback, addressing basic concerns, and sharing insights with the team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers to gather feedback regarding their service experience.
  • Confirm whether customers have received the product/service as expected.
  • Record customer feedback accurately in the system.
  • Identify service issues or customer dissatisfaction and escalate to concerned teams for resolution.
  • Maintain a polite and professional tone throughout communication.
  • Provide general information to customers when required.
