Role & responsibilities 1. Collaborate with the team to design and produce a range of designs, including: - Packaging designs for our dairy products. - Marketing collateral (brochures, posters, banners). - Digital assets for our website and social media platforms. - Advertisements and promotional designs. - Product labels and branding designs. 2. Assist in maintaining and evolving the Provilac brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design projects. 3. Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas and insights to help shape our brand image. 4. Execute design tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines. 5. Stay up-to-date with design trends, software/tools, and best practices to continuously enhance your design skills. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and creativity. - Excellent attention to detail and a deep appreciation for aesthetics and design principles. - Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team and adapt to feedback. - Basic understanding of printing processes and requirements.
