The role involves engaging with HR teams of various companies to establish tie-ups that offer exclusive benefits to employees, including special offers on Provilac products, participation in Below-The-Line (BTL) activities, corporate events, and exploring corporate gifting opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone, email, and other communication channels.Provide accurate and timely information about Provilac Milk products, services, and delivery schedules.Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating complex cases to the Customer Service Manager as needed.Process customer orders, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.Identify trends in customer inquiries and feedback, and provide recommendations for process improvements.Adhere to company policies and procedures, including telephone etiquettes and service standards.Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience.
