Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).

  • Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services based on customer needs.

  • Maintain records of all customer interactions using CRM software.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

  • Good Communication.

  • Providing service to the customers.

  • Freshers/Experienced both can apply.

  • Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls

  • Both

  • Candidates must be proficient in English.

  • The candidate must be proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

  • The work schedule consists of 6 days with 1 rotational day off.

  • Shift time 7 am to 4 pm and 1 pm to 10 pm, rotational duty.

  • Immediate joining is required.
