We are hiring for Customer Service Profile for domestic as well as International process in Lucknow location!

Profile : Customer Service Executive

Salary : For domestic - 15 K TO 18 K CTC

For International - 24 k CTC

5 days working in International and 6 days working in Domestic process.

Rotational shifts.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Record all customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
Process orders, applications, and service requests accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, billing, etc.) for issue resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue closure.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Candidate must have fluency in English.
Both graduate / undergraduate / fresher / experienced can apply for the same .
Candidate must be comfortable with night shifts.
