Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Inside Sales / Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the value proposition of Provilacs products.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and online channels.
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate product solutions.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion metrics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the field sales team for smooth customer onboarding and delivery.
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on customer insights and challenges.
Handle basic after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development roles (FMCG/D2C industry preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and local language (Marathi/Hindi).
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Comfortable using CRM tools and basic Excel reporting.
Customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
