Identify and map new business opportunities and potential customers through market research and database mining.
Conduct outbound activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Engage prospects and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Onboard new customers and support initial client engagement.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
Support sales operations with documentation, quotations, follow-ups, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer acquisition.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
Female preferred.
