Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct outbound phone calls and respond to online inquiries from potential customers
Qualify leads and identify customer needs
Educate customers about Provilac Dairy products and their benefits
Process customer orders and ensure accurate fulfilment
Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Stay up-to-date on Provilac Dairy products and promotions

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably B2C
Strong understanding of dairy products and the dairy industry (a plus)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
Strong negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
A positive and enthusiastic attitude
