Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound phone calls and respond to online inquiries from potential customers
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs
  • Educate customers about Provilac Dairy products and their benefits
  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate fulfilment
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Stay up-to-date on Provilac Dairy products and promotions

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably B2C
  • Strong understanding of dairy products and the dairy industry (a plus)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
