Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competitive SaaS landscape.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in IT services & consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closure.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective cold calling, telesales, and international sales interactions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting monthly targets.
